2016 was a very successful and at the same time quite labor intensive year for Realright. 12 new customers placed their trust in us this year and asked us to support them in implementing Workday for and with them. We designed HR processes, supported works council negotiations, helped with the technical integration of Workday with other systems and managed complete end-to-end Workday roll-outs. We are quite happy about this development, which justifies our cause.

In order to manage this workload, our experienced HCM and integrations consultants were indispensable. We are especially pleased with the fact that Realright was able to win four more consultants and that they became part of the team successfully. All of them successfully completed their HCM Core training, as well as numerous specialization training courses, such as talent or absence management. Their expertise and drive were the main reason for our customer projects being successful.

Due to this success and experience gathered in 2016, we expect to grow further in 2017, but also project this to happen for Workday in the German market. We want to take this opportunity to thank all our consultants and partners for their cooperation and wish all of you a merry Christmas and happy new year.
