Your role today is project manager and you are responsible for leading the design, configuration and implementation of HCM solutions? You actually like your job, but somehow you feel you lack inspiration? You are a visionary, but not a dreamer? A pioneer and thinker, but not a gambler? You are customer focused and driven by the idea that the digitization of HR processes should produce even better results with another approach, with first rate expert advice, but also with really good software?

Then why not work already today with the HCM system of the future and feel to be 5 years ahead of your time? Workday is the main competitor of SAP for HR in the English-speaking world and is shaking up the market in Europe. We believe it is set to become a leading brand in the DACH market.

For more than 15 years, the Promerit Group (with 100 or so employees) has focused, alongside HR management consulting, on SAP implementation, establishing further practices with SuccessFactors, umantis and Taleo. Pioneers of Promerit founded the Realright subsidiary in 2015.

Realright is the first German consulting company focusing on Workday implementation. You will find no larger ‘German language’ Workday practice. Uncompromising quality, genuine consulting at eye level, HR expertise, technical excellence and outspokenness, are all key principles within our high performing Realright team. We have already fallen in love with this “really good software”. Would you like to join us?

The workday HCM Project Leader/ManagingConsultant (m/f) will be a key customer spokesperson for the Realright Workday solution team and will help create strong convincing business cases. What do we offer? A lot more besides boredom! Give me a call (Andrea Filz, Head of Recruiting) +49 69 50 50 08 614 or apply online.
