For that reason Scout24 attached great importance to ongoing support and further development of the Workday platform.

  • Gain experience together

For the implementation of Workday, we wanted a partner who not only understood our core values – Outcome oriented, One Team, Data Driven and Winning – but also optimally fitted and acted accordingly in order to successfully implement the HR Lighthouse project with us. With Mercer we have found exactly this partner. The Mercer team has a “passion for workday” and a strong professional HR background. The entire cooperation was always result-oriented and took place in a true partnership approach. The changes in processes and the transformation to the HCM cloud with Workday were a challenge that we were able to master successfully and optimally together with Mercer.
